This gravure printing machine is used for printing PP, PET, PE and thin paper. It is a combination of 6 color units. It adopts advanced seven-motor tension control system, dynamic system tension and zero speed difference automatic reel change completed by central PLC, and Chinese-character touch screen man-machine interface to set parameters. The machine adopts static-picture installation position for both sides viewing, sealed drying box with twice air returning function, and unique hot air drying. It is capable of automatic reel changing when it is under high speed operation. High quality material and high-precision processing ensures the rigidity and stability of the machine. The people-oriented design concept makes it easy for the operator to run the machine.
